Olympia Benefits has been in business since 1996 and operates as a subsidiary of the publically traded company Olympia Financial Group Inc. Over the past 14 years, we have processed nearly 1,000,000 claims for over 28,000 businesses and 80,000 employees. Who We Are

Our more than 1,000 independent agents are supported by thirteen regional managers across the Western Provinces and more than 25 head office employees. A dedicated customer service centre with a motivated and well trained staff helps separate Olympia from the competition and ensures timely and reliable responses to our customers.

Our world-class and industry-best claims adjudication team has over 40 years experience in the administration of health and dental plans. Veterans of the financial services industry lead our accounting team to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting for the strict regulatory environment subjected to a public institution. Our full-time information technology team develops and maintains the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of our proprietary in-house technical systems.

Olympia is guided and inspired by two distinct pioneers and visionaries of the private health services plan industry — Rick Skauge and Robin Fry. In 2009, Rick Skauge was nominated Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young.
