Why was my claim not reimbursed?
Your claim reimbursement will be accompanied by a detailed summary titled Explanation of Benefits. This summary outlines all items that were reimbursed and/or not reimbursed. There will be an “Explanation Code” (a small number) next to each item if you did not receive a complete reimbursement for that specific item. The Explanation of Benefits is viewable online at your secure personal account on MY Olympia.
At the bottom of the Explanation of Benefits, there will be a brief description of why the items were not reimbursed. Further details on the specific code can be found in MY Olympia under MY Plan > Documents > Explanation Code Overview.
