Unexpected illnesses or accidents can occur at any time. Our exceptional expense insurance has been specifically designed to protect you and your family from a list of medical expenses that would not be covered by your provincial health plan, yet could cause financial stress.

The Olympia Health & Dental Plan is a cost-effective way to pay for most health and dental related expenses, but when costs for a medical emergency come up, such as an ambulance ride or an accident causing urgent and major dental care, it helps to have low cost, customized insurance programs in place.

For a very small monthly fee, you can add “Exceptional Expense Insurance” coverage to your Olympia plan, and have the emergencies covered in advance.

This plan is available at a very low cost to Olympia Benefits customers, and is an optional (but recommended) addition to your health and dental plan.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES UNDER THIS PLAN ARE:

• Semi-Private Hospital
• Ground ambulance in your Province of residence
• Accidental Dental
• Coverage up to the age of 70*
• Private Duty Nursing
• Convalescence Home Care
• Ambulatory Assistive Devices
