How does it work?
Whether you operate as an owner/operator of a small business, or your business has dozens of employees, the Olympia Health & Dental Plan is very easy to use – and very easy to understand! Olympia will structure a plan for your business that enables your company to reimburse employees up to fixed annual spending limits for health and dental expenses. Different limits can be placed on different categories of employees, so there are several ways to design the plan to fit your needs.
What types of expenses are eligible?
The Olympia Health & Dental Plan is very flexible and covers nearly any health and dental related cost. Therefore all of the following expenses are eligible:
- All dental services (including cosmetic)
- Vision care (glasses, contact lenses, laser eye surgery)
- Prescription drugs
- Chiropractic Treatment, Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy
- Premiums paid for other health and dental plans
