How fast will I hear back? +
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Mountain Time, to take your call. Email and form submissions get a personal reply within 2 to 3 business days.
I'm an existing member. Where do I submit a claim? +
Sign in at secure.olympiabenefits.com. After you submit an eligible claim, our team reviews it for approval; once approved, your reimbursement is deposited by direct deposit. Typically within 48 to 72 hours, once funding is received. Questions? Email info@olympiabenefits.com.
Do you work with advisors and brokers outside Alberta? +
Yes. We partner with 220+ advisors in provinces across Canada. Our partner team handles onboarding, marketing materials, and portal access for quoting.
Can I visit the Calgary office? +
By appointment, yes. We're on the 40th floor at 520 3 Ave SW. Call ahead so we can have the right specialist ready.
What about French-language support? +
We don't currently have French-language customer service. We're happy to help in English by phone, email, or the contact form.
Is this line for existing plan members or just employers? +
Both. If you're a plan member on your employer's Olympia HSA, you can call us directly about your claim. We won't route you back to your HR.
