How to Make an Online Payment from your Business

In the event that your business needs to provide some more funding for a claim, you can make an online payment directly from your business bank account. 

There are two options to make the online payment: 

Option #1

  1. Log into your Benefit Coordinator MyOlympia Account 
  2. Click on Company 
  3. Click on Company Banking 
  4. Scroll down to the Make Online Deposits section
  5. Here you will see your Group ID and a list of financial institutions
  6. Click on your financial institution 
  7. Follow the instructions within your Business Bank account to make an online payment, setting Olympia Benefits Inc. as a Payee
  8. Use your Group ID as a reference # within your Business Bank account

Option #2

  1. Log into your Business Bank account 
  2. Set up Olympia Benefits Inc. as a Payee
  3. Use your Group ID as a reference # when making the online payment

Note, payments typically take 1-2 business days for them to be received into your Group Balance. Keep an eye on the Group Balance amount within your MyOlympia account as this is where you will see the online payment once it has been received.
