Group Plan Renewal Process

If you're coming up on the first anniversary of having your benefit plan with Olympia, you might be wondering how the renewal process works? If that's you, keep reading!

 

For HSA Group plans the renewal happens annually on the effective date of the plan. On the effective date every year, the applicable renewal fee is automatically withdrawn from the claim funding account. To view the withdrawal, use the Funding Statement report found under the Manage tab within your MyOlympia account. This report will show when the withdrawal occurred and the amount of the renewal fee.

To view when your plan will renew click on Company and then Company Plan Details within your MyOlympia account. Please be sure to keep your email address as that is how to contact you regarding your plan! Once the plan has been renewed you will see a confirmation email and you are all set for another year.
