The Wellness Spending Account that is provided to you from your employer is only for yourself, not for your dependents. Unlike the Health Spending Account, the Wellness portion of your plan cannot be shared with your family - it's just for you so enjoy it!
This would include a gym membership in your name, running shoes, sports equipment etc. Although not all expenses will include your name, please try to purchase items or passes that show they are for yourself only and not your dependents.
