Steps to add a WSA to your HSA GROUP Plan

Setup a Wellness Spending Account:

  1. Sign in to MyOlympia as a benefits coordinator
  2. Click on Wellness Setup
  3. Add a Wellness Limit to each Classification
  4. Review the Wellness Categories and see which ones you want active
  5. Review the Agreement and click on the checkbox
  6. Review Wellness Application

 

Here's what happens after setting up a Wellness Spending Account:

  1. Your employees receive a notification email that a Wellness Spending Account has been added to their plan.
  2. You can adjust details (limits, allowed wellness categories) in My Olympia anytime. 
  3. Make claims exclusively through the Olympia Benefits mobile app for wellness related expenses.
