Guide to Resetting your Password

Does this sound familiar; you write down your password on a sticky note but then you can't find it next time you need to log in? Not to worry, we can help you reset it.

First go to our login page here: https://secure.olympiabenefits.com/mylogin
Then click on the "Forgot your Password" link
Enter your User ID (you might have it written down as Employee ID)
Enter the email address we have on file for you. If you wish to change the email that we have on file for you, give us a call at 1-888-668-8384 or click on the Live Chat button at the bottom of the screen
Once the User ID and email are entered, click Submit
You will receive an email in a few minutes with a password reset link
